Cancellation Policy

  • All cancellation must be submitted in writing by email to the Congress Secretariat.
  • Participant is responsible for any credit card charges or relevant bank wire fee that may incur from the refund process.
  • All refund will be made within 1 month after the congress for administrative procedure.
  • Participant who fail to attend the Congress or have to depart early for personal reasons will not be able to claim refunds.
  • All cut-off date are based on the local time (GMT+8).
